Field Director

The Berks County Democratic Committee seeks a Field Director to lead all field operations, focusing on voter contact, engagement, and turnout.

Preference will be given to candidates with a deep understanding of Pennsylvania demographics and strong organizational and data management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Voter Contact Strategy: Plan and execute all voter outreach initiatives, including canvassing, phone banking, and event coordination.

• Volunteer Development: Train and support volunteers to ensure effective voter engagement.

• Data Analysis: Use tools like NGP VAN to monitor and refine field operations based on real-time data.

• Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key constituency groups, with a focus on Latino outreach.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 cycles of campaign field experience.

• Proficiency in data management tools and voter contact software.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in diverse communities and with volunteer teams.

Salary: $55,000+ commensurate with experience, negotiable
