Victoria Perrone is a seasoned political compliance expert with over a decade of experience at federal, state, and local levels. She most recently served as Treasurer and Operations Director for John Fetterman’s $80 million U.S. Senate campaign. A Delaware County native, Victoria specializes in campaign finance, multi-entity compliance, and nonprofit management. She’s also an active volunteer and serves as Treasurer for the Next Generation Theatre Foundation.

Kellan White is a strategic planner at Groundwork Strategies, helping clients navigate complex political and regulatory landscapes. A veteran of numerous high-profile campaigns, he has advised leaders like Vice President Kamala Harris and Senator Bob Casey and managed Rebecca Rhynhart’s mayoral race. Kellan is deeply committed to community service, serving on nonprofit boards like New Leaders Council and Unity Recovery. A lifelong Philadelphian, he lives in Brewerytown with his wife and their dogs.

Owen Ebersole is a Montgomery County Native, currently residing in Philadelphia. Owen has worked on campaigns across 9 counties in the commonwealth, most recently as a Regional Organizing Director in Montgomery County for the Harris Campaign. Having worked closely with MCDC, Owen experienced the benefits of a strong year-round organizing program first hand. MCDC is a leader in local community engagement, with their 'sign parades' in Glenside being a staple of the campaign.

Neo is a communications strategist with expertise in grassroots organizing, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement. She has led voter engagement campaigns, managed multi-channel media projects, and collaborated with Fortune 50 clients, nonprofits, and academic institutions. Passionate about equity, Neo co-chaired VOX Global’s DEI committee, driving cultural change and inclusive practices. Certified in campaign data and analytics, she is skilled in tools like Tableau, Hubspot, and SQL. A graduate of Grinnell College and Northeastern University, Neo enjoys biking, caring for houseplants, and exploring diverse cuisines in the DMV area.
