Latino Outreach Director

The Berks County Democratic Committee is hiring a Latino Outreach Coordinator to lead engagement and mobilization efforts within the Latino community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Build relationships with Latino leaders, organizations, and communities to promote Democratic values and voter participation.

• Culturally Relevant Messaging: Develop and disseminate outreach materials tailored to the Latino audience.

• Volunteer Training: Recruit and train bilingual volunteers to lead grassroots efforts in Latino neighborhoods.

• Strategic Planning: Identify key areas for voter registration and GOTV efforts, working closely with the Field Director and Campaign Director.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in community organizing or political outreach within Latino communities.

• Fluency in Spanish required.

• Strong cultural competence and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $50,000+ commensurate with experience, negotiable
